Our goals for residents include encouraging responsibility for one's own destiny; decreasing the duration of a recipient's reliance on public assistance; and increasing homeownership opportunities among government assisted families.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the staff and the residents for making it possible for many to see the reality of self-sufficiency. We still have a ways to go. But I'm sure if we continue to work together, to strive for the same common goals, and strive for success, we will all come off victoriously.
