Biography
Manages and oversees all developmental projects (new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation, rehabilitation) from the budgetary phase to the lease-up occupancy phase. Responsibilities include providing decent, safe, and sanitary housing to all low-income persons whether through rental housing, lease/purchase, or homeownership on a continuous basis, to eliminate blighted and dilapidated housing and replace these units with energy efficient code approved dwellings, coordinating all funding sources to include Loans, Grants, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Syndication and closings for all developmental projects. Certifications include Mortgage Specialist, Housing Counselor, and Housing Development Finance Professional Specialist. Education consists of a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Finance from Morehouse College, Atlanta, GA.
